Essex deer control

Hi all,
Appreciate there are a lot of these posts on here but as per my introduction I do deer control on a few local farms in Essex. This is predominantly roe and muntjac with the odd transient fallow. Deer numbers on the farms aren't huge so I take a few as per the cull plan but am not needed to wipe them out as both myself and the farm owners feel they can live harmoniously I'm the right numbers.

I have my advanced deer managment, DSC1 and trained hunter status as well as insurance. I'm a family man and have 2 kids and fiancée as well as a dog I'm in the process of training to track shot deer.

I realise these wanted ads can be easily dismissed so thank you for taking the time to read and please DM me if you think I can be of any help, I can provide a reference for the large farming company I do this for currently also.

All the best
Tom

Bump to add if anyone in particular is having a problem with muntjac or fallow I'd be interested given the scale and expansion of them both especially with the drilling recently taking place. Also happy to help where I can with any manual labour needed/ general keeping an eye out I.e. notifying of damaged fences/gates and the like

With the heavy rainfall over the end of the year and the ground sonwet for drilling, if anyone has need to reduce deer numbers to give their crops the best chance in Essex do reach out
