Eta Pellet Boiler Error Code

Anyone on here able to help? Have an ETA 20 - 26 kW TWIN pellet boiler which is showing error GRATE DRIVE BLOCKED with possible options of :-
Ash box full
Heat exchanger cleaner stuck
Grate drive connection cable faulty
Grate drive faulty
Definitely not a full ash box.Have taken lid off pellet boiler and grate is sitting at 45 degrees when I assume it should be level. Have run a de-ash cycle but the grate returns to 45 degrees at end. Had a new igniter fitted last week when the old one failed.Apart from that has pretty much run without any problems in the 3 years we have had it.TIA.

the igniter failure will most likely be the motor brushes, they are a service item, £7 a pair, there will be clinkers blocking the grate from moving most likely, the heat exchanger cleaning has a micro switch that needs to see pulses as it is cleaning.
