I'm waiting for @Cowabunga to tell us we're still better off staying in the EU in light of the this apocalyptic news , they're just a bunch of crooks only interested in feathering their own nests . or more relevantly Germany's
You will be waiting a long time for that, been asking him for a couple of days but he just keeps waffling about how the nasty Tory’s are selling us out

I think given Boris & Hunt's policies I would say they are definately clueless.

Proof of the pudding is in the eating though.

Ive lost track of this forum today as I was up from 1.30 this morning with a family medical emergency. Was driving to casualty at 4am and was home at 6. Couple of hours sleep then daily chores then back to collect patient, then off to another town for eye test appointment.

Mercosur wants to increase exports of beef, sugar, poultry and other farm products.

In a statement, Brazil said the deal included eliminating tariffs on products such as orange juice, instant coffee and fruit.

Meanwhile, producers of other products such as meat, sugar and ethanol would have greater access to the EU market through quotas, the statement said.

Haven't looked at the detail .. might do later this weekend but busy.

Is it any coincidence that very many Nazis and other crooks "dissapeared" in South America after the second world war?

It is my mother who is 91 and is not able to swallow most tablets. She had not told anyone but she had stopped taking her heart tablets a couple of months ago and last night her pulse was up above 140 beats a minute and she was nauseous and very short of breath. My father died about one month ago, which probably hasn't helped.

Difficult situation, hope she gets stabilised ASAP. Look after yourself too.

Hope all works out OK for you, your mother and family. Regards.

What they are preaching is not for us, it's purely for the Tory gammon's consumption at the moment.

That'll be you then .. raised blood pressure, white and angry .. Gammon central .. especially socialists, always protesting .. ashamed of being white .. embarrased .. therefore Gammon extremists.

Practically sizzling.

What is the basis for the South American link ? did it come from specific documents of travel or existing Nazi infrastructure ?
There had been German (and other European) emigration to places such as Argentina since the late 1880s etc. So by the world wars period there was a reasonable German community in Argentina.
Peron encouraged "ratlines" to transport Nazis and their collaborators to his country after the war.

Was there ever any proof found of people evacuating to South America ?
