Following the poor harvest in Europe and consumers move towards more natural dairy based products. The dairy industry has undergone immense pressure to produce large quantities of dairy, so much so that it is reckoned that Europe may face a dairy shortage by Christmas time.

Imagine ... for a moment ....consumers drop marg and go for butter ... not impossible .. now imagine consumers leave low fat milk for full fat. What happens to the cream market then. then . Am I just a dreamer ... no radio Scotland have just plugged full fat milk .. with appropriate experts .. these trends have legs .. Oh and Graham's were on at 7;40 this morning telling us all about the butter crisis .. jtt
The great thing about this sudden boom in dairy demand, is that it shows that despite the increase on these dairy fats, customers are willing to pay extra for the real deal. Which shows that consumers are concerned about what they're putting into their bodies.
