Is it all organic or for "normal" farmers too, not being funny but if it is open to all ideas then I might go as we can all learn lots about soil, if its about promoting all organic methods then wont bother.

No, pretty 'normal', no organic bias, a lot of discussion about evil things like humics that the organic certifiers won't allow.
