Posting for a friend.

4 y/o ewe that was penned for shearing when another ewe charged and whacked her. This video is post 5 days of the event. Any ideas?

Probably just badly bruised, it should come right in time! I wouldn’t be worried, when you do muscle damage to yourself it takes a while to come right, just the same!

Muscle damage and it could possibly be a dislocated shoulder BUT they don’t tend to walk that well when it’s fully dislocated

Heamatoma? or however it's spelled.

Looks like a haematoma to me, if it is it just wants leaving and it will disappear eventually. Don't lance it as that would leave a route in for infection.

I've had good success with a few drops of arnica bellis under the tongue for hematoma/swellings

One of the worst was the end of a handlebar right on the inside of my thigh, left a lump almost as big as that ewe has, and it just melted away after about the 3rd dose of arnica - try a holistic health or equine store if your friend is interested

Just a couple of drops/squirts, the amount doesn't really seem to matter with the old "woo-woo" homeopathy stuff.

Often it comes in a little bottle with a squirter on top, like this stuff that fixes cramp:
