Excess Boiler Capacity: Diversification ideas?

Hello all, looking for some inspiration!

We put in a 65kw biomass boiler a couple of years ago. 35kw required to heat house, 15 for blower in workshop (rarely used), so minimum 15kw spare capacity. When installed, we ran pipe a short distance to a 9m x 5m stone built shed with the intention of converting it to holiday let. However, when we crunched the numbers properly, even with grant aid we would be working to pay back the bank for eight years so that has been shelved for now.

So, looking for ideas to profitably use shed space and heat, plus boost RHI payment. Drying logs? Much money in that game? Rearing poultry on heat? Viable on such a small scale? @Pasty?

Any ideas gratefully received!

You have a very small amount spare.

We brainstormed this 4 yrs ago and came up with the following

Greenhouses
Industrial let's
Residential heat
Grain drying
Hot water for washing down
Growing weed with an honesty box at the end of the farm drive.

We ended up doing 4 of 6!

I can't think of anything you can do really with that small amount of capacity.
