Hindsight is a great thing
Should have put slatted channel underneath it.
Only 4 inch pipe under the channel and get easily blicked up with shite.
Especially in dry weather

Anybody have solution to keep it wet and keep the channel from getting blocked?

We have the same problem and are kicking ourselves for not channelling the return.

Ya its a pain in the hole having to constantly having to unblock it with power hose

Be interested to see a flush wash system if anybody has it done

You could look in to a NZ style cannon using wash water. That would move sh!t no bother

Weve just returned to a self tipping 200l drum on an area of the parlour exit concrete that gets slippy. Working a treat.

Could you mount a couple of drums over race to floodwash it after both milkings. Obviously drums tipping during milking would upset cow flow.
