Looking For Work Experienced farm worker

I'm posting this ad on behalf of my dad, he has worked in farming all his life and his current Place of work he has been there 37years, but he has had enough of Being treated like crap and the pressure they are putting him under so he is looking for a better working environment, I'm just wondering if there was any permanent full time jobs out there, he is not looking to relocate and he's based in Lincolnshire.
