Extra combine reel fingers

Can anyone point me in the right direction for part numbers for extra fingers for the ends of the combine reel to pull the crop off the dividers?

Spotted a discussion I think on Facebook, but no matter what I search, I can't find it again, thought it was a good idea for flat crops.

Go to “Claas reel
Modification”
on machinery forum page 4 . It was discussed on there.

Thanks for that.

There will be someone at a claas parts department somewhere Wondering why they've sold so many of these this week!

It’s a cleverly orchestrated piece of subtle marketing by Claas. They’ve got boxes of these fingers they’ve been wanting to shift for years.....

Comment was said in jest.

Knew I should have put that winking smiley at the end.....
Now dont let get to serious about this for goodness sake, as well as the serious aspect of improving combine performance.
At my age I definitely need a tine that sticks straight out to help performance.!!!

I take it it's just the tightness of the bolt that holds them pointing the right way?
If you go to Claas Reel Modification thread, you will see I have posted a question relative to your question.
I would have thought extra tines need to be pointing forwards to work or at least point forwards as the reel turns down otherwise I do not see how they will do any good.
I seem to remember they were fitted to a combine I used many years ago,
and if they get slightly bent they can scrape the end table panel!!!
The new type plastic ones @slimy shiny uses look a lot better.

Because they bolt onto the reel bar they always move on the same axis as the the reel tines, id of thought the older type reel would need some type of bush in the back to keep them inplace?
