20 odd yrs ago I answered and ad in the paper for a bloke wanting winter keep for 275 Welsh ewe lambs . I very carefully put an electric fence down the side of a 41 acre field ....new fencer ....new battery ....all was good .
Next day no sheep to be seen and fence completely destroyed ....... learnt very quickly about taking Welsh lambs on tack !!😥😥

Still take hundreds but a bit wiser now !😊😊

Had a friend who ran liveries and reckoned it required a Woman to run it properly. Not so swayed by female tears for starters....
Daughter runs a livery yard, about 20 horses. Get her going she's rabid. Runs it without any grief as all the tackers don't like cowering in a corner if they upset her. Generally a pretty happy place as they all know the rules and have them in writing.
