Failed Farm Dogs

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I don't post often but am curious!

What do people do with failed farm dogs/dogs that weren't interested in stock/didn't make the grade for any reason?

I'm looking to rehome that type of dog into an active family environment but am struggling to find what I'm looking for.

Are there any specific rescue centres that do this?
Has anyone got a dog they're looking to rehome?

Many thanks!

The Border Collie Spot take failed workers.

Most places I know would keep them as pets or regime locally. I can't think of anywhere I know who'd shoot a dog just because it didn't work well.
