As far as powering a treatment plant goes you only need the compressor if you can site the tank so it can discharge via gravity.
If you can discharge via gravity ( just a normal 110 underground soil pipe) to a ditch or land drain etc the power requirement is 55Watts for the compressor. Not much electric at all.
It is not beyond solar and battery capabilities.
Worth considering as building a normal soakaway isn't cheap never mind a fancy one.

Could the compressor not be situated next to the power supply and the air piped to the tank? Pipe is usually cheaper than cable.

.....and safer (and easier to repair) if someone cuts it digging a hole.

They are noisy beasts, you'd want them as far away as possible.

Take a critical look at the land drainage of the surrounding area. Septic tank soakaway has dramatically improved here since I deepened the drainage system (ditches). It has lowered the water table which is the critical factor.
