Fair Trade

You want nothing to do with it . It works on the assumption that you mistreat your staff in order to make profit. Rather than paying a fair price for produce they use schemes to circumvent fair pricing. Imagine someone rather than offering an extra £10 tonne for your wheat offers to buy your tractor driver a bicycle instead. Supermarkets etc should pay fair prices so farmers in these countries can pay fair wages.
