Sorry to hear that, must be difficult living on a farm with that condition.
Sure there must be masks that would help, the only thing I can think of was those Airstream helmets with the right filters that were all the rage 10 or so years ago, not sure if they even make them now.
The nearest thing to that that I can think of would be one of those powered mobile welding mask/filter jobs with the required filters fitted, may be clumsy to wear but needs must.
Hopefully someone will come along with a much better solution but that may give you an idea to work on

True Farmers Lung is a delayed allergic reaction and will lead to progressive irreversible lung damage therefore she should be looking at staying away rather than just trying to reduce what she inhales as dust will remain in hair and clothes.
Asthma can be triggered by dust but will not lead to the same damage.

I've had lung trouble long time ,cold weather sets it off and heavy draft just climbing on tractor puffed out sometimes, have to pace one sell not stress(get rid of lims ))keep calm and change lifestyle ,but stress starts it off the worst ,Symbicort 200 3puffs morning and night and 6puffs between if needed, and the usual ventalin when needed ,ive servived twenty four years like this so can't be bad !main thing don't panic ,get straight to AE if lose control fast !!!good luck
