Farm assurance

If one applies for red tractor farm assurance and assuming one passes, would the crops already harvested this year be 'farm assured'?

As above, all about the hoops, I suppose. Seed tickets. Spray operator guff. Storage facilities. Rodent guff. Local bee keeper guff. Well, you get the idea........

Oh, I am well aware of what a load of guff it is - already look after farm assurance for another place. I have resisted going FA at our own place for some time but marketing options are forcing my hand. So frustrating - we farm/tick the boxes in the same way as a farm that is FA apart from lining the pockets of the assuring companies, but find our options limited unless we have a sticker that wont make anyone a better farmer
