We have a Honda XR200 , great bike, very simple, electric start only. There are a few that were imported here, but Honda didn't sell them in the U.K., parts are available tho.
Those cheap two stroke enduro / motorcross bikes are cheap for a reason

Stick with Raleigh for the push type ..............

4 stroke only for the motor type, they age better, Honda would be good if affordable
Gumtree.co.uk tap in trail bike and your post code, see if you get any local joy?

Had motorbikes for many years but for what you want the Suzuki vanvan 125 or its equivalent Yamaha TW125 get my vote, low seat, built in rack, wide tyres to spread weight, and not that heavy if you slide off and it lands on top of you. Other than that that Nairn Ecorider looked good but out of production now and rare second hand.

Are you looking for new or used ?

Does it need to be registerd for the road ?

MX bikes are probably not ideal , scare the animals , rip up the ground and the powerband will be trying to lift the wheel alll the time and not road legal . Enduro bilke a bit better smother power 4 stoke options and road legal .

New the Montesa 4 ride looks good , and should be a good performer on or off road probably a bit sofer then and enduro bike in some ways but i would think easier to ride , lower seat height , side stand i would imagine more quiet and a more laid back ride .

A trail's bike would be fun , your not going to get a sit down on it , at least not a comfortable one at least.

If you are looking for used there are alot of honda XL"s of all sizes imported from the US loveley smooth motors in them

Beta Alp 200 has a suzuki 200 engine - not had one but it looks a useful bike - not too extreme and a sensible seat height.
A Honda CRF 230 that`s had a good home would be worth a look too. Once had a Yamaha AG 100 farm bike ( "down under" job) - not very fit but brill for farm work - had an enclosed chain and it had done 9.5k miles when I parted with it; and still on first chain! Not bad for mucky farm work!

Looking for a farm 2 wheeler. Having little success and not overly sure what I'm looking for or where to look. Any tips what to look out for
This should do the job , keep you fit , low carbon footprint , cheapish or potentially ridiculously expensive..cheap to run . And it's green
