Looking to rent out two farm buildings either separately or together. We are located approximately 15 minutes from the M5 Junction 28 Cullompton or 10 minutes from the A303. Both buildings operate side by side

One building is currently a straw shed, dimensions 18m x 30m. Currently hardcore base, ideal for straw storage or plant machinery dry storage.

The second building is 20m x 32m and has concrete base and sidewalls. It has an additional concrete apron front and back for loading and offloading. Ideal for secure storage/ working facility. Forklifts and telescopic hander available on site with operator if required.

Just fishing to see if there is any interest, open to offers on long term and short term rent agreements. Also willing to spec buildings out on long term agreements. Thanks

Get an agent in, worth more for commercial than ag

Thats the ideal route however it would incur change of use and business rates. I would ideally like to get someone in for a few years, generate a little capital to renovate the buildings up to industrial spec and go from there.

With one being on a hardcore base I think they would have little commercial value, however I agree its an option

Change of use is easier than its ever been.

So long as you have demand tenants will cover rates all though you may be under the threshold anyway.

I think you may be surprised just how much a shed is worth for a commercial tenant.

I'm trying to evict grain here to pack more in!
