The Farms For City Children charity set up by Michael Morpurgo in the mid 80’s would be best to speak to, there’s 3 main “host farms”, Devon, Gloucestershire and Pembrokeshire.
I’m not sure about the Devon & Glocs ones but Pembrokeshire takes circa 35 schools (London mainly) a year for 5-7 day stays at a time - so over 1000 children plus all of the staff that come to.
