Hello and I hope you are all keeping well in these hard times?
I would like to explain the reason for this message I will keep it as shorts as I can. after being diagnosed with PTSD which i suffer with quite bad I got introduced to metal detecting which has helped me dramatically.
I now have YouTube channel, Facebook group
I also have a great sponsors in the metal detecting world.
I have found some fantastic items including gold staters dating back to 20-60bc along with roman hoards, Iron Age coins, medieval artefacts, and many other pieces of history i can find I am now Looking for my own permission i may be able to detect on with farmers permission anywhere in the UK as I travel up and down the country detecting all year around All finds will be shown to you as and when found and i am fully insured and respectful of the land. I can also get references from other farmers that have kindly allowed me on their land but no longer available for me to detect On of course if I come a across a hoard of value I would normally go 50/50 on the funds paid from the British museum. The latest hoard recovered in the uk sold for more than 3 million pound the farm and detectorist both walked away with 1.7 million each. Of course I don’t do it for the money i do it preserve our history but of course a nice hoard we wouldn’t say no to. It Would be great to hear back from you and if we could arrange a meeting I could bring some of my past finds for you to see.
