With High pressure is centred to the south of Ireland on Wednesday a mostly dry day is in store early morning mist or fog patches should clear in the morning, a chilly start, particularly in the south. This will be followed by more dry weather with good spells of sunshine. Northern areas will be cloudier with a few spots of rain for north western parts of Scotland. High of 15C/59F

Early morning mist and fog patches will clear to leave a dry day while western and northern coasts may remain rather overcast through the day but it will be bright with good spells of sunshine for most. High 17C/63F

The High shifts to the southeast on Friday allowing a cold front to bring thicker cloud and persistent rain to north western parts of Scotland. Staying mostly bright, dry and mild for England, Wales High of 18C/64F

Sunday and in to next week, it turns much colder with a strong northerly wind showers will turn to snow above 700FT and may at times fall as snow to even low ground, we could see moderate to heavy falls of snow over the highest ground, so animal hill farmers please take note.
