Fe35 - Oil Strainer

Hi Everyone,
I've noticed an oil leak coming from the bottom of the oil strainer on the sump, it would appear this has had some gasket sealant pit on it originally and there is two threaded studs missing, I intend to drain the oil take off the strainer, but would like some advice on the best way to stop the leak when I reinstate it, I've got a gasket on order, but is there anyway I can fix the two missing studs ? as if I install gasket it may not nip up tight enough if two bold are missing? or would it be better using gasket seal as it previously had on ? any advice would be appreciated.

many thanks,
kev
