Feed declaration

Having trouble with a supplier, I have bought an amount of blended biscuit meal type feed for inclusion in my cattle diet, only problem is there is no feed declaration sheet coming with the loads.
Each time I have informed the rep, who assures me he will get onto it, asked him again last week and stated the urgency as have FA visit this coming week, he has sent me a generic type declaration used in their advertising which doesn't seem good enough to me, is this ok or do I need to get at him next week?

Thanks, it is a supplier and product I have used for many years, but the source of the product has changed this year, before it came from HJ Lea Oakes blending plant in Shropshire and I had a feed dec with each load with all the correct information, this year it is coming from a plant in Liverpool docks, with a different haulier with polish drivers, so I can't get through to the driver either.

I would rather not as we get on well, and I don't like chopping and changing if I can help it, but he has to provide the correct paperwork, as I have to when I sell anything.

Some might suggest just leaving the old feed decs in the file and saying nowt. Not that I'd ever suggest doing such a thing as that would clearly be wrong....
