Felled trees and brash.

I have felled a good number of trees this winter as part of an on going hedge clean up, ready for new fences!
Am I allowed to burn the brash after the 1st of March?

I’m assuming you have the required EA permit for performing such a terrible act @GAM ?

foc to get online, but you should have one registered before burning hedge trimmings, ridiculously.:banghead:

Errrmmm, I don’t think you’re supposed to fell more than 5 cubic metres per quarter without a felling licence.....................better burn the evidence quick sharp. 👍
Depends on the size of the trees and the use of the produce. Burning brash is OK I think but maybe do it quickly before anything starts nesting etc.
