Fendt 4160V Xtracut (Welger) tailgate tilted

We have a problem with the new Fendt (Welger) 4160V baler: the tailgate keeps tilted. The right cylinder is longer than the left one, and that keeps the belts wearing on one side of the machine.

The tailgate and the belts are clean of straw and everything seems to be working normally. The right sensor at the back also detects that the right side is out, but we have not found a way to cure it.

Has anyone got an idea on how to fix it?

Many thanks!

That's normally how the density rams sit like that, are all the belts heading towards that side? if so your belt tracking roller will need moved.
If it is only one outside belt, try flipping it round.

Looks like the bottom roller needs moved slightly to track the belts
And the ram looks like it hasn't retracted 100% but certainly doesn't look like a twisted door
