Fendt spool valve issue

On our 415 the spool valves have sometimes started to play up. It's usually just after the tractor has been started, a spool will lock it's self, just the one your trying to use. Sometimes the spool valve error picture will come up on the dashboard, but not always.
To get them to work again, pressing the spool padlock button to lock them then unlock again usually works, if not stopping and starting the tractor sorts it.

Sounds like the yo32 solenoid valve or pilot pressure filter both located on the end plate on the spools .

As noted above and as mentioned in the links, picture and parts list of the end plate on a 415, depending on serial no. of the tractor attached. Showing the large (15) and small (8) filters and the solenoid (2).

Prob the small filter if faults when cold as the oil is thicker. Need a big flat head screw driver to remove the stirex valve to get to the filter. The filter comes out with a 7mm hex key by memory. If that does not work you will need to use a gauge to measure control pressure.
