4m rau with Accord air seeder. Bearing on fan drive shaft gone (or worse)
fallen at the first hurdle. Cannot get the fan pulley off. Appears to be some form of taper lock, removed 3 allen bolts, 3 more holes but will not thread off taper. Any any clues?

TIA

Blowed up your pic , yes threaded holes, go for it.
We have put bolts in thread holes and wound in all of thread to no affect. Thread bolts in part way and put gentle pressure trying to pull them but no effect. Nervous to try too much pressure with pullers as only aluminium boss and plastic pulley.

Wound in all of the thread? Maybe you need longer threaded bolts. It's when these bolts push against the housing that brakes the taper lock.just make sure there is a bit of space for the "aluminium boss" to move backwards towards the gearbox, or you'll never get if off in one piece.

The threaded holes go all the way through so winding a bolt in only comes up against the bearing. Tried putting pieces of flat behind to push against, had bolts tight, was worried I would shear them off if I went tighter.
Frightened to abuse it as it is only ali. and a plastic pulley.
Any other suggestions?

Don't use pullers as that's pulling it tighter.
Screw in the bolts tight. then keep the pressure on them tap the outer part of the pulley on to the shaft with a hammer, it goes on to release the centre boss then once it goes the boss will come off almost by hand......usually...
