Fert application

If I’m applying 100kg/acre of 22/6/8 how many units/acre im putting down of n p k?

I got 55kg/ha 15kg/ha and 20 kg/ha, I thought Units/a used to work out at a similar sort of number (I haven't applied any Fert for 30 yrs so rely on this at your peril)

Can you explain how your getting this 44, 12,16?

1 cwt per acre would be 22 units, so as 100 kg= roughly 2cwt, them 44 units????

When talking acres and units (grass uses two units a day when growing hard for e.g.) an old bag, 1cwt or 50kg, had the same number of units as ratio on the bag.

20.10.10......a bag had 20units N, 10 units p etc
27.5.5. A bag had 27 units N, 5 unit p and so on.

Only works on acres.

22-6-8 fert = 44-12-16 units/acre = 55-15-20 Kgs/Ha
