Fertiliser Price Tracker

The Indian Urea tender has been announced. Lowest price was $981.64 CIF to the West Coast

For easy reference, that's GBP £733 CIF at today's FX.

Taking the above Incoterms thread into consideration, it's obvious that most growers require DDP terms.

Processing commodities from CIF to DDP has a logical cost consequence.

Food for thought.

Phone call late pm to say CF released another tranche of Nitram- £615/tonne! Committed to a load, consoling myself that I did buy a couple of loads at introductory offer. Only way that I can see myself not falling into a severe state of depression every time I load the fert spreader. Could easily spread that £18000 in a good day. Just hope that wheat keeps going up!!!!

Glad these guys have trade next to usernames. You'd never guess.

Facts and opinion are sometimes blurred by actual or perceived bias.

I do understand your point. Another perspective is that the trade on here have access to information that we do not and do choose to share that with us.

I am grateful to them for this and would not wish for them not to post them for fear of entering the lions den.

I await them reporting the price is away to plummet. From there trade perspective you know.... I'm sure they'll give us a heads up.

Think I will have a long wait.
