An article on BBC news web page
Todays article is far better than yesterdays, which was promoting organic vegan cereal farming, without manure or chemical fertilisers. An article on BBC news web page slating nitrogen fertiliser while at the same time saying food supplies are going to plummet without it, evidently only a third of applied N is actually used and the rest lost or locked up!
Some are obviously encouraging them, by ordering it at these prices? It really is a ridiculous roller coaster way to do business
First Book price was £130 ish cheaper than that !
Of course, as soon as no one buys they will know thats the price limit, clearly not there yet. Some are obviously encouraging them, by ordering it at these prices?
Just a shame he wants to bin UK Ag..boris, for all his many sins, is about the only one, who could do that, look at how he turned the UK from shite, to the worlds most successful covid nation. He has a multitude of faults, but does manage to get some things done, or inspire the right people, to make it happen. Can't really see that ability with other politicians, quite the same.
I've been told UK is their least profitable asset, bordering on loss making. Big American company could just up and leave. Don't owe UK any loyalty. Why do they stay? Out of the goodness of their hearts? If their latest prices are to be believed CF are taking the Mickey and then some; Looking at their US parent company's profits for the last 12 months, the UK business should be landed with a type of windfall tax to recover some of the millions they were bunged to keep CO2 production going earlier this year and if they threaten to pull up stumps because they have the UK over a barrel, Johnson should simply take over control of what is now shown to be a critical operation for so many different parts of the UK economy.
There's a reason that only 1 plant is operating....I've been told UK is their least profitable asset, bordering on loss making. Big American company could just up and leave. Don't owe UK any loyalty. Why do they stay? Out of the goodness of their hearts?
