Fertiliser Price Tracker

We had only had that one for 18 months. Ran a trailed before and a new sp seemed expensive so we got that 2nd hand and I went back on the sprayer as well as managing the place. Was a good sprayer did liquid fert and spraying on 1300 ac cereals, 250 spuds and 150 carrots. However got a new driver for this coming season as we are expanding our cropping so I won't have time to do so much spraying
It went over that slowly at first that I thought it was going to stop halfway!
A neighbours boy went into a ditch at speed with their Bateman and he was ejected from the cab when it hit a culvert!
did it say in your bateman operators book to switch to 2 wheel steer when on road etc?,i have a rb25 here, bought second hand,i eventually had to phone Batemans and ask them to send me the rest of the operators manual, this request seemed to confuse the helpfull chap i spoke to,he then asked me how many pages i had,so i told him,he replied "yep, youve got it all!!!......its a bit sparse☹️",2 pages on how to change a diesel filter, but no guidance on actually driving the thing🤦‍♂️

I think it does say that somewhere but common sense (obviously not common enough in this case) says that you would have it in 2ws.

This table is brilliant thank you.
Should be easier to get the best options.
Daft question from non arable farmer:
We have had various types on the list but all granular. Would the prills spread ok in a Bobby basic L1 KRM disc spreader, or are they for specialist spreaders?
Thanks.

Who said AN will be £1000/t in spring?

My 38n:19s at £720 doesn't look so good now

Where's the "sick as a pig" emoji?

Never mind, it could have been worse…. much worse. :(

I only bought a wee bit, to top up what I had in store, and enough that I could just get by if supplies did indeed dry up. My part load of 38N19S was £886! Urea was over £900 at the time, and know of someone locally that bought a couple of loads at the same time.😲 Plenty will have done the same, but I suspect few will admit to it now.🤐

My intention was to buy more if the price became more sensible, but it’s not got there yet.
