I see no reason for them not to supply, any firm reneging on a fertiliser deal would not last long.My price of £330 For nitram couple of months ago not looking too bad now although it still hasnt arrived yet.i have email confirmation so do they have to fulfill it?

Makes you think if Putin saw this coming with the export taxes that they put on many months ago on wheat, also in full control of the gas taps.if output fell 10% over the whole world because of dear nitrogen there would be severe food shortages and prices could go up30% i dont think the gov has considered this out yet could get very interesting

To arrive at cost of N per kg.Can you explain how you worked out the n cost?
Check the T&C's on the order confirmation. You might find "timing is not of the essence". But, as it's being delivered now I'd be amazed if you didn't get it as it would have been factored into production. My price of £330 For nitram couple of months ago not looking too bad now although it still hasnt arrived yet.i have email confirmation so do they have to fulfill it?
A few of the contracts say delivery "from" and then a date, but no other timescale.Check the T&C's on the order confirmation. You might find "timing is not of the essence". But, as it's being delivered now I'd be amazed if you didn't get it as it would have been factored into production.
I'm in a similar situation having placed an order for lots of blue bags which are supposed to arrive this month. I've chased but not had a any response yet. I'm getting increasingly worried and won't rest easy until it's in the shed. It's gone up in price by more than I'll ever earn in a year so very important to me. I''ve planted crops assuming the value when I ordered not what it is now. Have many of you had your ordered fertiliser arrive? My price of £330 For nitram couple of months ago not looking too bad now although it still hasnt arrived yet.i have email confirmation so do they have to fulfill it?
