It was standard practice to put 250kg/ha of tsp on here, until I went variable rate and had the farm scanned and tested by soyl.
Now it's common to drive 15 ha but only spread on 3, and even then only applying up to 125kg/ha.
The best time for me to spread is on stubbles as I can drive where I like saving a huge amount of time travelling.

Field has medium rating for N with loads of white clover helping I'm told.K rating is 2- so was told not to worry about them just maintain what I take off however with P there is a need to build up.the DEFRA very manual is scary to a newbie like me.Lambing and sheep not a problem as I used to do this for dad anyways but technical knowledge needed now as both my silage field and turnips were sickly last season. Now I know it needs P badly for other nutrients to work so need some help off TFF knowledge banks

This is quite a handy concise document about P and K.
P%20%2526%20K%20factsheet.pdf

Sorry, it only did one page of two, clicky:

Just to add: take note of the mention of luxury uptake of P. In order to build reserves it needs to go on in autumn, especially on a reseed or it won't hardly grow.
