Fertiliser plan that has to be filled out before june, has to be kept on farm for inspection, i like to keep the job right as much as i dont like the paper work side, been at most of the morning my head is lost in numbers, i have number dyslexia as well nightmare but i get there lol

My excuse for my poor performance is I am more used to converting metric to imperial.

Trouble is uk folks havent really converted to metric, its a mess, ie buy fuel in liters and measure it in mpg etc etc etc etc

Units per acre to kg/ ha multiply by1.25 so 80 units/ acre is 100kgs/ ha

Fixing tanker lights and mucking out individual lambing pens for too long after midnight has done me in!

I make it 98.8kg N per ha.
1 cwt = 50kg so 4 cwt = 200kg fert per acre
200kg x 2.47 = 494 kg/ha of fert
20% of 494 = 98.8kg N/ha
So basically 100kg/ha N

494 x 0.20 = 99kg/ha N.

If your Quailty Assured you need a Fert Storage Plan, a Qualified BASIS/FACTs' Fert/Spray Plan also.
Plus tech all fert has to be done to RB209 Rec's
Its a bloody minefield.
oh & and a Invoice showing purchased Fert & the list go's on & on
