Hello,

My Fiat 100-90 is randomly knocking off while driving. It starts straight away again but could shut down again a few minutes later or it could run for days. I wondering has anyone come across this?

I m not sure i ll need to check that.

It will have 12v stop solenoid, so i would check the wiring to that

Loss of power the stop solonoid on the pump...

Check that first, then....

On the left side engine compartment right at the back by the firewall is a 16 pin multi plug - red I think- have a look here.

Check the little plates that hold the fuse squeeze them closer I think it's the fourth or fifth from the left

Thanks for all the replies. It turned out to be the wiring to the stop solenoid.

I had it on our 3095....full revs the fan would blow the spade connector off and stop it....hardly could believe it
