Filling gaps between Concrete

We are fortunate to have a good size concrete yard. It’s been down a lot of years now and the tar/bitumen that was poured between the slabs has large;y gone. There are a few cracks around as well. What would be good to pour in between the gaps to try and keep the yard in reasonable order?

i used some roofing bitumen on expansion joints and floor cracks on a warehouse floor it worked well enough , just got a big block of the stuff from roofing supply company and chipped bits off and heated it up in a steel watering can on a propane burner.
poured in to the cleaned out joints and it worked a treat and was flexible enough not to crack, i had previously tried cement and an epoxy sealant but both cracked pretty quick after the forklift passed over them .

We tried bitumen but it didn't last long at all

I filled an expansion joint in with some grout once, the type of grout for filling cones on steel building founds.

The floor was getting diamond ground to get it nice and flat for playing with radio control cars on and it's never lifted.
Even now it isn't an RC track anymore and has vehicles and a forklift running on it.

Not a flexible join though...
