Finding a harvest job

I know it's very early as harvest has only just finished but as I've got 3 months off in the summer I want an harvest job, anywhere in the uk. I know there will be no job advertisements yet and for some time but where do you find these jobs? Any good websites? I have heard of some people sending of there CV to a company/person then they send them off to farms etc if I'm correct? When do harvest job advertisements normally start appearing? I'm guessing a 2-3 months before harvest starts? Thanks
