Finishing lambs indoors advice please

I’m thinking of finishing some lambs indoors this winter I’ve a 45 feet by 18 feet shed full of hay was going to wrap the hay and fill with lambs I’ve enough timber slats to cover 45x8 was wondering would it be a good job to bed the rest with lime or should I go the woodchip route. I’m hoping lime would help keep feet right. Any advice appreciated tia
