Fitting a passenger seat?

Just wondering if anyone has ever retro fitted a passenger seat in a case international with the xl cab. I know they have the tool box in the back but my Father is getting a bit old to be climbing over the seat and gear levers. Wondering if any one has fitted a fold up seat onto the mudgaurd by one of the doors?

I spent many hours sitting on one of those tool boxes, window open and dust and shite flying in the back.

make the old beggar scrabble in the back but at least pull the window to!! ;)
