Fluid retention

Just wondering if anyone suffers from it? I was ok as long as I could get to the swimming pool at least once a week, but its not been open now for almost a year and the fluid is getting worse and worse. Clothes that fit in the morning don't in the evening and so on.
I would start by seriously reducing your salt intake. Your body keeps salt levels the same so if you consume a lot of salt then your body will retain more fluid.
Also in my case coffee is a major diuretic, makes me p#ss like a racehorse. Last mouthful going in first one wants out.
