Foam filled drill tyres

Can anyone recommend the best way to stop drill tyres going flat, my Gd has little wheels with tubes in.
Ive tried air seal but they still go flat then chew the tube up in no time.

Why are they getting punctures ? are the tyres shagged

Don’t think there getting punctures, tyres are good.
