I think I understand what you've just writtenYes but the job is a complete knacker for everyone if it was again but it’s not even f n m
No it's not.Either way seems it’s just unnecessary reporting so fingers crossed
I'm glad someone is with me on the same pageNo it's not.
Bio-security needs to be in the top of everyone's list today, and every day tbh.
In the 2001 outbreak I couldn't even get with district in Devon the outbreak was in let alone parish!
We disinfected the milk tanker on and off that Sunday morning, that tanker was then discovered to have travelled in and out if the same lane as the F&M case.
Forewarned is forearmed!
Some farmers think its a badge of honour to walk round looking like a store bullock that's been lying in the scrape passage all winter!I'm glad someone is with me on the same page
It was put out on a WhatsApp group by a friend who is very well connected and who knows all too well how serious this is and would not mis-lead or say anything that they were unsure of.Is it rude to ask how you know?
There's been an interim DEFRA statement now too stating preliminary test for F&M is negativeIt was put out on a WhatsApp group by a friend who is very well connected and who knows all too well how serious this is and would not mis-lead or say anything that they were unsure of.
How they got the information I have no idea, but it could have come from any number of routes including DEFRA, AHDB or NFU or possibly else where.
the uk really is ash1t hole were going back 100 years!FOR FECKS SAKE
no they wioll be succeded by another bunch of idiots! Its made it worse …… cos we have ijiots running the country , hopefully we wont have for ever but time will tell .
I don`t think you`ve any worries there - hopefully it`ll prove negative but if the worse emerges they won`t be taking stock ANYWHERE in Norfolk - unless of course it`s all down to BORIS!!Norfolk show next week I think. Anyone still considering taking stock there now without this being confirmed as something else first need lynching.
Be a shame for the show but cancel the feckerNorfolk show next week I think. Anyone still considering taking stock there now without this being confirmed as something else first need lynching.
I doubt it. I nearly said something on the car sharing thread about sharing cars whilst covid cases are rising again............but knew I'd be poo-poohed.Massive gathering of farmers just the day before at Groundswell, let's hope there was decent disinfection points at the exits
Be a shame for the show but cancel the fecker
Supposedly a definitive answer on repeats by 5pm tonight@Nick Adams How long do the tests take to confirm? Do you know? Or would your NFU contacts Know?
WB
Can humans not spread it ? God forbid it’s positive cancel. Just my opinionWhy?
At this point it is only SUSPECTED. In the event of a confirmed case, then all animal movement will be frozen, including shows - as in 2007 when the outbreak was confirmed the night before Dumfries show, the show went ahead the next day minus livestock.
