A lot of it seem to be people struggling to get their fat dogs over stiles so the want a kissing gate

I put in a small bob hole for dogs. No lambs on the field, but I would put in a small lift gate then for the mutts.

You do have to smile at the dog walkers that say that they allways put their dogs on a lead when they see farm animals. What about the other animals that are around in the fields, the rabbits, ground nesting birds etc etc.
They don't see them so they don't matter then blame the farmers for the decline in wildlife.

The general public don't care about farming, but maybe they may think more about wildlife that has problems from dog's just "doing their thing" as they run about and disturb wildlife.
