When I think I’m there I’ll take your advice.

You’re there. Maybe you’d like to throw a few more insults around to help with focus.

Anyway, as I said, natural selection will take its course with Covid - it’s not really a survival of the fittest kind of scenario though as nearly everyone survives it. The first ever pandemic with an over 99% survival rate.

No need . If it was left to natural selection the survival rate would be far lower than it is.

I went to a retail park for the first time since covid today. I dunno what the death numbers are in humans but i can tell you the highstreet shops are starting to look like a bloodbath. low occupancy levels at a a time, no toilets to use , insanitiser :) everywhere. no trying on of clothes. restaurant was a total disaster, it was a chain but once seated we had to log on and order and pay online? i think mp's really need to get out and about and see what they have signed us up for. Came home and ordered most of the stuff i was looking for online. I feel very sorry for everyone running a small / medium business and for the 1000's employed by big business who won't be there much longer

Yep, as you saw it. TESCO will be left though.

During the summer, after the lockdown had eased, I went to Clarks village with the family.

Shops had a ridiculous queue of people waiting to get in them. Limited for 4 people per time and all this bilge. The childrens play area was shut as well. We gave up after about an hour, donated our parking ticket (we intended to go for several hours and have lunch there) to another family, fudged off home and bought what we wanted online instead.

Even the main high street was shut 'because Covid' for some reason I could not fathom. Town council and local authorities must have about 3 brain cells between them. The high street, shopping centres and department stores will all be properly mullered now, you wait and see.

It'll probably render most of the youngsters who catch it, sterile.
