Is your foot throttle like the one in the picture or just a plunger through the floor? If its a plunger it may just want lifting up and a quarter turn to re engage, otherwise prob a cable problem.

for the return pipe, there is a port half way up the filler neck, however you need to be careful, sometimes the flow can blow the filler cap out......what i have done before is take the big banjo bolt out down the bottom of the neck, drill and tap it and put the return pipe right in there

As others have said I'd go for using the existing in cab spools and disable the detent mechanisms. They are a total pain when using a loader and can be dangerous as you have to push back to centre rather than just letting go. As regards the single acting lift I'd put the single pipe in the top LH connector then run a short pipe from the lower connector to your existing return. This will stop you blowing off the relief valve when lowering or having to go all the way through to float which won't be very controllable. On Fergies it's easy to make a slice one way by undoing a screw and you used to be able to do it on the under seat spools on earlier Fords but that isn't any help to you.

No photo but stick feed pipe in bottom spool and pull back spool lever in cab and adjust till it stays locked in.put return into filling pipe on back of tractor.this must be a free flow return.if there is nowhere to fix return get a local engineer to make one for you
