Fordson Tractor Available

Hello,

New to the forum and not a tractor guy. I have recently taken over a pub in Cheshire and have an old Fordson tractor in the car park. I can't seem to identify it from it's serial numbers but a local guy says it is a rare model and left his number if I wanted to sell it. Well, the number he gave me was incorrect and I do want to sell it. Any help in Identifying it or anyone interested in purchasing it please contact me by email at [email protected].
It would be a shame to see an old vintage machine go to waste in a car park.

Its a Fordson N. Not that rare and not as popular as they used to be. Still used by some in ploughing matches, but slow on the road. Does the engine turn over on the handle ?. Stick it on ebay, someone will want it.

yes old fogies like to buy tractors/cars/steam engines they first drove or saw and really fancied, once that generation passes on, the next move to newer models and the old ones slowly lose their value.
I can remember when a pair of steam engines was worth half a million pounds when you could buy a brand new Aston for £5K which is now worth half a million but the Steam engines are only worth that today too.
Some canny people will be tucking Teslas at the back of their garage for their pension in 50 years :ROFLMAO:
