Forklift LPG or diesel

In the market for a counterbalance forklift ,LPG or diesel ,,container spec mast ,as long as it can lift 2 tn and everything works,,ie the brakes and it doesnt piddle oil everwehere ,,it doesnt have to look pretty .
Its only going to be a yard machine and personal use ,no other drivers .
Lincolnshire ,North Lincs area.
VAT free if possible ,Too much to ask

What sort of yard. I have one on solid tyres but needs solid ground preferably concrete or tarmac.

Solid hardcore yard ,,well compacted over many years of farm traffic and hgv,s .it doesn't cut up

In that case I have a 2.5 tonne Clark diesel forklift with free float mast and cab. Also fitted with pallet rotator but thats detachable. Mast when extended will stack 4 IBC container high. Will need new hydraulic pipes to pass loler tests (Gets new pipes every time it has a test)
