I have been busy posting A65 pocket farm safety guides up and down the country and find myself with 30 copies that don't yet have a home (whilst I wait for the next print run to come in and can send out larger batches). If you would like a copy (or several copies) of the guide please do drop me a message and I will happily post to you next week. See images below for some insight into what guides are about - they are based on the five years of research we have conducted at the University of Aberdeen to learn more about the safety critical skills for farmers. The content is based on the research we have done with farmers, for farmers, taking the lead from safety training programs developed within aviation (pilots get specific training in these skills - we used our research into farming safety to develop a farming specific set of skills and guidelines so farmers can get the same type of information and support as pilots and other workers in high risk industries). I have sent out around 700 copies thus far, and plan to send out several hundred more
