Front end loader cost

Tractor loader’s have their place ,
I put front end loaders on fastrac’s
Because we could clock up easy
300 miles a day and waste a lot of time moving loadall’s to different farm’s, being it was picking up bales ,small muck spreading jobs, lime spreading work and chicken muck from free range units.

Like driving out 50 miles + drop off loadall and then having to return home for trailer, then at end of job go back to pick it up.

How on veg farm we putting loaders on tractor’s which deliver field products to the pack house so we got more use out of tractors then just using loadall’s in the field for loading ,save us £’s. Plus there is a labour shortage to consider as well.

Had both quicke and John deere front loaders , in the field and plenty of space you struggle to beat a modern front loader with a good operator . Loaded thousands of bales with said . In the yard or stack telehandler everytime . Tractor bonus can tow any weight of trailer safely

Tractor already has joy stick and mid mount valves but brackets may be of interest if I decide on what I’m
Doing.
If you're buying second hand you're better buying the brackets and loader together, if you buy the brackets, then you have to find a loader that will fit them brackets and it narrows down your options a lot

I remember seeing this was for sale at CG Machinery. Right colour and I believe right size for your tractor. High spec MX Loader.

Yes. I’ve already sent them a message.

Sure I saw Bowland Tractors with used loaders and brackets for NH on their FB page. They take them off tractors going to export.
Worth an ask maybe.

I have a Loadall and a T6.175 with a Quicke loader on it. Both have their place and I wouldn't want to be without either.
Tractor is a useful backup plan for the day the Loadall shites itself, I cart about 600 bales from the coast and its 15miles all uphill and the tractor is the job for that, and the minute I tale it off the tractor its a miss.
The Quicke loader is a piece of p!ss to remove, can't see that any of the others could be much better. Mine has the Quicke electric joystick on the seat, once you master the little nipple its great, but if you have mid mounts no need.

From the 10k figures bein talked about on here for a new loader how much of that is the brackets? Iv got a sigma4 loader but possibly need to swap it onto an mf 4370 sometime so what would that cost?

Get to fiddle with a nipple every day!!!

This is the same as my tractor, little nipple about size of your finger, works well.
Never thought I'd have a loader with a screen and options, etc.

Have potentially found a MX U412+

Previously fitted to near identical tractor (same physically just different HP)
Think I have read on here before, that the brackets are the same for T6/T7 SWB (Maxxum/Puma SWB) but it needs to be the same emissions standard as there were subtle differences that will stop brackets from an older tractor fitting a newer model, but newer brackets will fit an older tractor. Worth double checking.
Bowland Tractors have take off loaders and Kevin Kingston would also be worth a call. https://www.kgkingston.co.uk/
