Front post knocker

Is it possible to mount a post knocker on the front linkage of a JD6330 premium with tls?
-do you need to disable the tls when knocking in posts?

No why would you need to turn it off ?

Wasn't sure if there would be shock waves traveling back through the front links that might damage or affect the tls.
Have you used a post knocker on the front links much?
are there any drawbacks as opposed to rear mounted
mine is a Cross,hydraulic chain driven type which is not offset

Only a couple of times it was when I needed a lot of posts so pulled the trailer behind

use ours most of the time on front of tractor and tow trailer with tools and gear on the back
